David has been involved in transactional and economic advisory work all his professional life, primarily in the area of asset and business valuation. He specializes in external acquisition and economic relations.
Stephen Ayres
Since 2007, Stephen has been building corporate value through strategic acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and identifying and developing productive people.
Jaromír Varo
Jaromír has many years of experience in operational management of medium and large enterprises. He focuses mainly on strategy, manufacturing operations and business development.
